Telehealth Visits
Platte River Medical Clinic offers telehealth visits. Whether you aren’t feeling well, need to see your provider for a follow-up visit, or you need to be seen, consider a telehealth visit. All Platte River Medical Clinic providers are available weekdays, 8 am to 5 pm, for telehealth visits.
Telehealth Visits Available from the Comfort of Your Home
A telehealth visit can be scheduled online or by calling 303-659-7600. Acute illnesses that can be treated virtually include:
- Cough
- Constipation
- Fever
- Flu
- Nausea/vomiting
- Rash
- Respiratory problems
- Sore throats
If you suspect a case of COVID-19, please schedule a telehealth visit. The provider will assess your symptoms and may refer you for testing. These visits are also ideal for:
- Chronic illness management
- Follow-up care after an in-office visit
- Medication review and refills
- Review of lab and test results
What to Expect From a Telehealth Visit
You’ll meet with your provider on a smartphone, tablet, or computer screen instead of in-person. The provider will assess your symptoms and/or listen to your request. Any prescriptions will be sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
If you are experiencing symptoms that are too extensive to be treated virtually, you may be asked to be seen in the clinic.
If you are experiencing symptoms related to COVID-19, your provider might refer you for a COVID-19 test. We are offering curbside testing for COVID-19, the flu, RSV, and strep. The provider will schedule your for curbside testing during your visit. Click here to learn more about curbside testing.

Platte River Medical Clinic is a patient-centered medical home. This model of care emphasizes the coordination of care between you, your child, and your primary care provider.
