Platte River Medical Clinic is part of our family of clinics. If it is between 5 pm and 7 pm weekdays, Saturday 8 am to 7 pm, or Sunday 8 am to 6 pm, please consider stopping by one of our walk-in urgent care clinics.

When Should I go to the ER?

Urgent cares are equipped to handle a wide range of illnesses and injuries. We also have on-site x-ray machines. It is recommended to go to the ER if you are experiencing the following:

  • Allergic reactions to food and animal or bug bites
  • Chest pain
  • Constant vomiting
  • Continuous bleeding
  • Severe shortness of breath
  • Deep wounds
  • Weakness or pain in a leg or arm
  • Head injuries
  • Unconsciousness
