Influenza Vaccine
We are currently offering the flu vaccine for the 2024-25 season. This vaccine is available to current patients ages 6 months and older. Simply walk-in to receive your flu shot today! There’s no need to schedule an appointment.
COVID Vaccine
We are offering the COVID booster for current patients age 12 and older. There is no need to schedule an appointment – just stop by! (Note: We do not have the pediatric COVID vaccine.)
RSV Vaccine
RSV is a common respiratory virus that usually causes mild, cold-like symptoms. Most people recover in a week or two, but RSV can be serious. We offer the RSV vaccine to all current patients age 75 and older, and to current patients aged 60-74 who are considered high-risk. There is no need to schedule an appointment. Simply walk-in!
Insurance Information
We accept all major insurances for the vaccine, including Kaiser. Even though we request your insurance information, there is no out-of-pocket cost for insured patients. There is no copay for these vaccines.

Immunization Registry Notice
Your/your child’s shot information is being entered into the Colorado Immunization Information System (CIIS), a confidential, secure, statewide immunization registry. Under Colorado law, you can remove your/your child’s immunization information from CIIS at any time. This is called an opt-out. If you change your mind, you can have your health care provider re-enter your/your child’s immunization record into CIIS at a later time by submitting a rescind opt-out form. Platte River Medical Clinic is a patient-centered medical home. This model of care emphasizes the coordination of care between you, your child, and your primary care provider. You and your child will receive the right care at the right time. Use the patient portal to email your provider directly and get your test results quickly.
