No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy

To ensure timely access to care for all patients, Platte River Medical Clinic follows a No-Show and Late Cancellation Policy.

Beginning March 2, 2026, appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, will incur a $50 fee*.

Missed appointments limit our ability to provide care to other patients who may be waiting for an appointment. This policy helps us reduce wait times and improve availability.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our office during business hours. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to serve our community efficiently and effectively.

*If you have Medicaid, you will not be charged a fee. However, we ask that you honor the same policy as the rest of our patients and make changes to your appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
