Your health is important to us. We remain open normal business hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. We set aside time each day from 8 am to 2:45 pm for well visits only. The rest of the day is for patients who are not feeling well. To schedule, please click on the buttons below.
We now offer online visits with your provider. You’ll meet with your provider on your phone, tablet, or computer screen instead of in-person. These visits are a great option for your chronic illness follow-up or if you are not feeling well. Call us at 303-659-7600 or click on the buttons below to schedule. Most major insurances are accepted.
If you have Coronavirus symptoms, please schedule an online visit. From there, the provider will assess your symptoms and refer for testing if appropriate.
If the provider refers you for testing, please visit one of our curbside testing sites. We have partnered with Advanced Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine for testing at their Brighton, Stapleton, Lafayette, Broomfield, and Westminster clinics. Brighton testing is open 7 days a week, 10 am to 2 pm. All other testing sites are open Monday – Friday, 10 am to 2 pm.
Keep in mind, we are now offering antibody testing at the Brighton clinic weekdays, 10 am to 2 pm. You’ll need a referral for testing.

As an established patient you are able to schedule your appointment by clicking on the button below or by accessing the patient portal. Click on the “schedule your appointment” button below and on the new page select “returning patient” to schedule your appointment.
