Letter to our Self-Pay Patients

We offer a discounted price for our self-pay patients for basic office visits. We include many basic services in the price of the visit. Some services, such as injections or vaccinations, will require additional payment. We also have a discounted price for child and adult physicals, which includes the extra services required for a physical.

We require payment for the office visit prior to being seen. All self-pay rates are discounted from our billed charges and must be paid at the time of service. We offer this discount to help our patients with their medical expenses and we appreciate the opportunity to take care of you and your family.

Motor vehicle accidents will be dealt with as self-pay. If you have any questions, please call the billing office at 303-659-7600.
