At Platte River Medical Clinic, we’re always looking for ways to make your experience smoother and more convenient. This June, we’re launching Solv Health — a new scheduling and communication platform designed to improve transparency, streamline registration, and make it easier to get your questions answered.
What’s Changing
As we transition to this new system, there will be a brief adjustment to how you can reach us. Here’s what to expect:
- Through June 14th: Everything stays the same. You can continue texting the clinic directly as you always have
- June 15th: Our direct texting will be unavailable as we complete the switch. During this time, please call the clinic directly or use the Patient Portal to reach us.
- Starting June 16th: Say hello to Webchat! Our new Webchat feature will be available on our website and makes it easy to connect with us in real time. And once you’ve started a Webchat conversation, you’ll have a dedicated number you can text us directly going forward.
- Important Note: June 14th is the last day patients can text 303-659-9700. This is still the number you call to reach the clinic.
