Leah Moser, FNP-BC

Leah is a dedicated and compassionate family nurse practitioner who brings a rich blend of experience and enthusiasm to her role at Platte River Medical. Originally from Maine, where she studied Biological Psychology and Neuroscience, Leah relocated to Colorado to follow her true calling in nursing.

While living and working as a registered nurse in Colorado, she earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Rivier University based out of New Hampshire.

With over seven years of diverse experience in acute care and chronic disease management, combined with more than two years of student and professional FNP experience, she is exceptionally prepared to provide comprehensive primary care to her patients.

Leah is passionate about fostering strong, trusting connections with patients from all walks of life. As a firm believer in the power of patient education, she empowers individuals to take an active role in their health and wellness journey.

Her special interests lie in hormonal health, behavioral health, chronic disease management, and using an integrative approach to preventative care. Leah is excited to be a part of the Platte River Medical Clinic team, where she looks forward to advocating for her patients and delivering personalized high-quality care.
