With all of the gym closures and recommendations to stay home, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, don’t let your health fall by the wayside! If the weather permits, remember nature is not closed! Several fitness organizations are currently offering on-demand classes, free tutorials and video workouts, some apps are even offering free trials in the wake of COVID-19.

CorePower Yoga

After CorePower Yoga closed down their studios to prevent the spread of COVID-19, they started offering online yoga classes. New classes are added weekly, including sculpt, yoga and meditation. The company is offering free yoga classes to everyone through March 30.

Yoga With Adriene

If you’re brand-new to yoga, check out Adriene’s Yoga For Beginners and Foundations of Yoga series. These are designed to give you the tools to build a happy, healthy at home yoga practice. If you’re ready to work up a sweat, try her Yoga for Weight Loss or Total Body Yoga playlists.

Cassey Ho, the fitness guru behind the Blogilates YouTube channel and website continues to offer a massive library of pilates-style toning classes. In response to the outbreak, she also created a 14-day quarantine workout plan

Orangetheory Fitness

When Orangetheory Fitnesses’ gyms closed nationwide, like many other they turned to the internet. Orangetheory is now offering free classes for all, saying, “Just because we can’t meet in the studio, doesn’t mean we aren’t committed to helping you achieve More Life. Every day we’ll share a 30-minute workout showcasing some of your favorite coaches from around the world. You won’t need special equipment, although we may ask you to scrounge around the house for some objects. But hey, it’s a good excuse to do some light cleaning.”
